The mouse cursor is not reset to a normal state after visible range resizing

Scenario:

1. Open "data/samples/Genbank/murine.gb".
2. Drag'n'drop the left edge of the gray rectangle on the overview to the right.
   Current state: the mouse cursor doesn't reset its state after the dropping. It has an incorrect shape until one clicks somewhere on the overview.
