Scenario:

1. Open "Tools > BLAST > BLAST make database".
2. Set input data (e.g. "human_T1.fa").
3. Set the output path to a nonexistent folder or "~/".
   Current state: the task finishes with an error:

   Subtask \{FormatDB tool\} is failed: FormatDB tool exited with code 2
