Add Ugene-produced files to history

It would be convenient if all files saved by Ugene appeared in file history automatically.
Live example: a long-running task generates some output file; Ugene crashes soon after the task finishes and re-starts - but Start Page lists only bunch of input files, as if the previously saved file is lost.
