- Open a DNA sequence.
- Click the menu Actions -> Analyze -> Find HMM signals with HMMMER3.
- Open the tab "Reporting threshold".
=> The value of the first parameter can be in [1e-999; 1e+1]. But if you check this parameter (--domE) in "hmmsearch -h" you will see:
--domE <x> : ... (x>0)
So it's impossible in UGENE to set domE greater than 10 or you cannot set, for example, 0.2.
