There can be a situation when the user wants to download a lot of files from NCBI to work with them. And there is no obligation to open them right here. However, UGENE does open them without any questions or options to avoid this.
Add a checkbox 'Add to project' to the dialog. It should be checked by default.
But if the user wants to download a lot of files (e.g. >100) show the message:
There are N identifiers specified for downloading. Are you sure you want to open the data right after the downloading?
This may cause a performance drop.
BUTTONS: <Cancel> <Open anyway> <Don't open>
