Critical - Open 'Merge sequences and shift annotation' sample in WD
- Set input data: one of the sequences should have a joined annotation on the complement strand.
- Run the workflow
Current state: the joined annotations that were supposed to be located on the complement strand are on the direct strand. 'Complement' mark was lost.
The issue is reproduced since version 1.17.
