      Description

      Scenario to reproduce:

      1. Open "_common_data/scenarios/msa/ma2_gapped.aln".
      2. Enable collapsing mode.
        Expected state: the collapsing mode is turned on, sequences order is not changed . The MSA object is not marked as modified.
        Current state: the collapsing mode is turned on, sequences order is not changed . The MSA object is marked as modified, but there are no undo steps in the stack.
