Can't start UGENE on OS X El Capitan with default settings

      Description

      When I try to use the universal installer on OS X it can't start because the package is from an unidentified developer. I use default OS X settings which allow installation of apps only from identified developers. If I download the standard package it doesn't start too. Packages must be signed by an identified developer signature in order to start.
