"Raw DNA-Seq data processing" with non-ASCII paths and spaces

      Description

      It seems "Raw DNA-Seq data processing" workflow works incorrectly when input file paths contain Russian characters or spaces (cut adapter produces empty output).

      Make sure the whole workflow works fine in this case. Make sure it also works when the workflow output folder path contains non-ASCII characters and spaces.
