Steps to reproduce:
1. Download file 4v88.cif from here: http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore.do?structureId=4V88
2. Try to open the downloaded file as PDB.
Current state: the program crashes.
Expected state: the program shows the following notification:
There is not enough memory to load 'document_name'.
or opens the file.
