Major Create the following workflow: "File list" -> "FastQC Quality Control". Set an incorrect input file, e.g. a GenBank file from the samples dir. Run the workflow several times.
Expected state: there is an error both in the log and on the dashboard about the inappropriate input (or about missed result file).
Current state: sometimes the error is not shown. I think, there is some issues with signals delivering.
