      Description

      Something is wrong with the parent (or position) of Find Repeats and Find Tandems Dialog - they are not centered.
      Compare the position of ORF dialog and Find Repeats dialog.
      Find Repeats is located lower - and it may cause problems on small screens (the dialog will just not be fully visible).

      The problem can be in dynamic setting of dialog content (because the solution of UGENE-5236 does not work).
