GET request limitation for NCBI BLAST in UGENE

Remote BLAST workflow hangs if requested sequence is longer than ~2870 bp.
There is the following error in the log:

content-type missing in HTTP POST, defaulting to application/x-www-form-urlencoded. Use QNetworkRequest::setHeader() to fix this problem.

Possibly setting properly header will fix this.
