"Search NCBI Genbank" function does not work

There is no clear conditions for reproducing this problem.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open menu "File -> Search NCBI Genbank"
2. Set "ecoli" as a search query.
3. Press the "Search" button.
Actual state: there is an error message:

'EntrezQueryTask' task failed: Parsing Entrez query result failed
