Smooth scrolling in MCA Viewer

      Description

      Currently vertical scroll bar in MCA Viewer work as in Alignment Editor - one step is one sequence.
      It looks fine when the sequence height is small, but with chromatograms it does not look good - the scrolling is abrupt.
      It should be possible to scroll through chromatogram smoothly.

      PS: The similar situation was with the multiline sequence view.
