AB: customization of database cache size

Use-case: a big assembly is opened, and db operations are slow.
If user has enough memory, he should be able to adjust db cache size, so that entire db is loaded into RAM, for example.

This should not affect db cache size for other files, only current. The value might be stored in project, but not in application settings.
