BLAST database is not detected as nucleotide on the second opening BLAST dialog

      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Create a nucleotide database.
      2. Open "data/samples/Genbank/murine.gb".
      3. Select "Analyze" -> "Query with local BLAST+...".
      4. Set a database.
      5. Accept the dialog.
      6. Select "Analyze" -> "Query with local BLAST+...".
        Expected state: the database is already set.
      7. Accept the dialog.
        Expected state: BLAST has been launched, some results are found.
        Current state: a message box appears with the following text: 
        No alias or index file found for selected database.

      Check both BLAST and BLAST+ dialogs.
