Colors of alignment in raw alphabet

There were a couple of requests to show colored alignment even if it's alphabet is raw.

Raw alphabet alignment should support any color scheme available: each scheme in the combo box on OP should have alphabet mark - nucl or amino (ONLY for Raw alphabet, for others everything stays the same). Characters not from the alphabet of scheme are not highlighted.

When alphabet of an alignment is changed (e.g. one adds a new sequence to the alignment), color scheme doesn't change.
