Drag fragment to the right in the Alignment Editor

Currently, when there is a fragment of characters, surrounded by gaps in a row in the Alignment Editor, selecting the fragment and dragging it to the left removes the gaps at the left site. Dragging of the selected fragment to the right does not remove the gaps. The whole right part of the sequence is shifted instead.

It is required to remove gaps instead.

The issue is a request from the user. The user aligns a primer to the alignment. The primer is broken into several parts by default. And the user tries to join the parts (i.e. fragments).
