Collapse documents downloaded from remote database after some number of documents

Currently, if you open many files with sequences by the open file dialog, the first several (10-20) documents are expanded in the project tree view, all other documents are collapsed. But if you download many sequences from a remote database and add them to the project, all documents will be expanded.
Adding documents from the remote database should behave the same way as opening by dialog.
