File can't be saved if it has too long name

Some save and export dialogs have a default file name, based on the object name. The object name can be very long, but the operational system can have some restrictions for the length of the filename. If the filename is too long, then a save task fails.
Usually, these dialog prepare such filenames to remove inappropriate characters from it. Add a length check there and modify the filename to fit the restrictions on every sequence.
