      Description

      After the fixes of UGENE-5525 and UGENE-5661 there is a mess in annotation table logic.

      BLAST and BLAST+ search dialogs: if there are any annotation tables in the document with a query sequence, then "existing table" option should be selected by default. If there are no annotations tables, then "new document" should be selected.
      The scenario is valid for the BLAST dialogs from the Tools menu.
