dotplot view: wrong info in tooltip

1. sequence starts not from 0 but from 1 (as you can see in sequence view), begin coordinates must be 1,51

2. in 5th tooltip string symbol > wider then X and Y, and displayed sequence looks moved right, its better to use monospaced font in dot plot tooltip
