Uninformative error message when a Sanger read can't be mapped

Scenario:

1. Open the "Map Sanger Reads to Reference" dialog.
2. Set "test_\general_common_data\sanger\reference.gb" as the reference.
3. Add read "test_\general_common_data\abif\47_042.abif".
4. Click "Align".
   Current state: an error notification is pop up. When it is clicked, the following report is shown:

   Subtask {Align reads with BLAST & SW task} is failed: Subtask {Align one read with BLAST & SW task} is failed: Subtask {Run NCBI BlastAll task} is failed: BlastAll tool exited with code 1
   

A more user-friendly message should be provided.
