An incorrect error message when the Sanger reference file doesn't exist

If one sets an incorrect URL to the reference sequence in the "Map Sanger Reads to Reference" dialog, there will be the following message:

[ERROR][11:38] Task {Align Sanger reads to reference} finished with error: wrong reference format

The message should contain information about the file absence.
