Errors on overwriting a file with Sanger data, opened in the project

Scenario:

1. Open a .ugenedb file with Sanger data.
   Expected state: there is a MCA object in the Project View, there is an opened view for this object.
2. Map some Sanger reads to a reference with overwriting the opened file.
3. Ignore a message box about the file removing, if it appears, wait for the mapping task to finish. Close the message box.
   Current state: after the message box closing, the view is also closed.
   The is the following message in the log:

   [ERROR][13:56] Task {Opening view for document: /%some_path%/alignment.ugenedb} finished with error: Subtask {Adding document to project: %some_path%/alignment.ugenedb} is failed: Document is already added to the project %some_path%/alignment.ugenedb
   

   Also sometimes another error message appears in the log:

   [ERROR][13:47] Error opening SQLite database: unable to open database file!
