Unification of importers

      Description

      After UGENE-5798 is done UGENE has at least two importers that looks differently.

      • ACE Importer: firstly asks about opening type, secondly suggests format conversion if that was selected
      • APR Importer (Vector NTI Alignment format): has all options in one dialog (opening type and destination URL)

      Make all importers look the same.
      Note that there are also SAM/BAM importers as well!
