Currently, when UGENE is installed from PPA a separate command should be run to install the UGENE data folder.
If this command is skipped, various problems may happen, see, for example, UGENE-5794.
There should be dependency between the UGENE main package and "ugene-data", i.e. if "ugene-data" is not yet installed, it should be added.
