Counters for new Sanger features

Add the following counters:

In the "Views" group:

• Sanger Reads Editor

In the "Sanger Data Mapping and Opening" group:

• Selection of the menu item "Tools > Sanger data analysis > Map reads to reference"
• Opening of the "Trim and map Sanger reads" workflow sample
• The number of the Sanger reads mapping task launches
• The number of opening of the ugenedb files with Sanger data

In the "Sanger Saved Settings" group (the group contains the state of the settings on a Sanger Reads Editor window opening):

• "Show chromatograms" is checked
• "Show overview" is checked
• "Simple extended" consensus type is selected
• "Strict" consensus type is selected

In the "Sanger General" group:

• The number of the "General" tab openings
• The number of the "Export Alignment without Chromatograms" dialog openings
• The number of the "Export Alignment without Chromatograms" task launches.

In the "Sanger Appearance" group:

• Selection of the "Show chromatogram" item
• Selection of a "Show/hide trace" item
• Zoom in
• Zoom out
• Reset zoom
• Increase peaks height
• Decrease peaks height
• Change of the font characters font

In the "Sanger Navigation" group:
