Errors on building HMMER3 profile

Scenario:

1. Open "COI.aln".
2. Select "Advanced->Build HMMER3 profile" in the context menu.
3. Specify a path in the "Build to profile" field in the "HMM3 Build" dialog.
4. Click the "Build" button.
