Sanger reads mapping task fails if the username contains spaces on Windows

      Description

      If a username contains spaces on Windows, then the temporary dir also contains spaces in the path. The Sanger mapping algorithm uses BLAST, so there are some troubles with the spaces.
      It can be reproduces on any OS, but it can be reproduced without additional actions.

      Scenario:

      1. Modify the UGENE temporary dir so that it contains spaces in the path.
      2. Map Sanger reads to a reference.
        Current state: the task fails with an error:
