Mapping of Sanger reads without quality

If a Sanger read does not quality, the "Trimming quality threshold" parameter in the "Map Sanger Reads to Reference" dialog shouldn't be applied.

In the task report a new label should be added in this case:

Warning: The reads trimming was skipped for *.ab1 files without quality information.
