      Description

      Primer 3 calculates wrong GC content on complement primer.
      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open human_T1.fa
      2. Run primer 3 with default parameters
      3. Check first found pair
      first primer:
      location 185965..185984
      gc 55%
      second primer:
      location complement(186141..186160)
      gc 55%
      Thats wrong, it should be 35%
