Unexpectable removing of selected annotation in the "Edit sequence" mode

If in the "Edit sequence" mode change position of the cursor and set in to the place, where annotation is located, this annotation, unexpectably, will be selected and the attempt to insert or remove a character will remove this annotation with all characters. In this case, users, likely, will not understand, why the annotation was deleted
