"Paste" hotkey inserts a subsequence to the project as a new object instead of inserting it to the sequence in focus

Scenario to reproduce:

1. Open "data/samples/FASTA/human_T1.fa".
2. Select some region on the sequence.
3. Click Cmd + C.
4. Click Cmd + V.
   Expected state: your sequence is in focus, a copied part is inserted to the sequence.
   Current state: the copied part is inserted into a project view as a new sequence object.

If you click click to the "Actions" main menu and then click to the sequence view, then the next insertions will be performed to the sequence.
