Add Russian translations for some menu and dialogs

1. Menu items:
Файл->Open from clipboard
Файл->Connect to UGENE shared database
Aнализ->Find HMM signals with HMMER3
Инструменты->Инструменты HMMER->Build HMM3 profile
Инструменты->Инструменты HMMER->Search HMM3
Инструменты->Инструменты HMMER->Search with primers
Окна->Window layout
"Изменение аннотаций при редактировании последовательности" (add dots).

2. Dialog "НMM3 Search".
"Reportnig thresholds", "Acceleration heuristics" and "Other" tabs with content. "Query HMM file" label is on the first tab.

3. Vertical and horizontal menu: "Scroll here", "Left edge", "Right edge", "Page left", "Page right", "Scroll left", "Scroll right", "Top", "Bottom", "Scroll up", "Scroll down"

4. "Cancel' button in "Создать аннотацию" dialog
5. "Yes", "No" in many question dialogs
