GZ: taxonomy for Kraken

      Description

      Kraken-build uses the following taxonomy data:

      1. taxdump.tar.gz
      2. nucl_est.accession2taxid.gz
      3. nucl_gss.accession2taxid.gz
      4. nucl_wgs.accession2taxid.gz
      5. nucl_gb.accession2taxid.gz

      Currently, to use the taxonomy data it is required to unpack them. Make it possible to skip this for TaxID mapping files (items 2-5 in the list above).

      Support GZ archive format for the data.
