GZ: taxonomy for DIAMOND

      Description

      DIAMOND-classify uses the following taxonomy data:

      1. taxdump.tar.gz
      2. prot.accession2taxid.gz

      Currently, to use the taxonomy data it is required to unpack them. Make it possible to skip this for "prot.accession2taxid".
      Support GZ archive format for the data.
