Single signal for a bunch of annotations modifications

Currently, on an annotation modification a signal AnnotationTableObject::si_onAnnotationModified is emitted for each modified annotation. Some receivers do extra work to react on the signal, which could be reduced if the signal will carry information about a bunch of annotations instead of a single annotation.

Change the signal signature and update all emitters and receivers.
