Slots auto-setup and order in the Property Editor

When new workflow elements, developed in terms of the VIROGENESIS project are connected, the arrows are red now (there is no automatic detection of the corresponding slots). This affects:

• "Read NGS SE Reads or Scaffolds"
• "Read NGS PE Reads"
• "Build Kraken Database"
• "Classify Sequence with Kraken"
• "Build CLARK Database"
• "Classify Sequence with CLARK"
• "Build DIAMOND Database"
• "Classify Sequence with DIAMOND"
• "Filter by Classification"

Also, order of slots in the Property Editor is incorrect for elements that have two slots:

• "Read NGS PE Reads"
• "Classify Sequences with Kraken"
• "Classify Sequences with CLARK"
