Min/Max distance between repeats is not processed correctly if the distance value is 0

Based on user feedback:

"First, when I was executing the Repeat Finder features. When I set the
minimum and maximum repeat distance to 0bp, the software unable to
recognize my command and start to mark every sequence who have repeats on
them regardless the distance which I have determined before. This bug
makes me unable to find consecutive repeats which have 0bp distance from
each others. It also happened when I set the maximum repeat to 0bp"
