Hidden parameters in WD wizards

      Description

      It is possible to hide parameters in the Workflow Designer Property Editor, depending on value of another parameter. See, for example, "Classify Sequences with Kraken": "Minimum number of hits" is shown only if "Quick operation" is set to "1".

      However, wizards always show all parameters (see e.g. "Kraken settings" page of wizard in the attached workflow).

      Apply, the showing/hiding parameters rules to wizards as well.
