GenBank files with custom qualifiers values without spaces longer than 40000 can't be opened

      Description

      Try to open the attached file. It contains a qualifier with value longer than reading buffer size (40000). Currently, UGENE fails to open the file with the following error:

      [ERROR][15:48] Task {Loading documents} finished with error: Subtask {Opening view for document: too_long_qualifier_value.gb} is failed: Subtask {Load document: 'too_long_qualifier_value.gb'} is failed: Unexpected line format

      Make it possible to open files with long qualifiers.
