MSF file cannot be loaded because of the checksum failure

      Description

      There were several issues with the MSF format support in UGENE. Files created with UGENE were saved incorrectly. The issues were fixed, but it is also required the software to be able to open such files.

      You can find a sample file on the file server. It can't be opened, the following error is shown:

      File check sum is incorrect: expected value: 7695, current value 7674
