UGENE cannot access remote databases

It is possible to find item "P16152" in the UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot remote database.
UGENE failed to do the same operation.
Issue is reproducible on release 1.30.

Affected tests:

• GUITest_regression_scenarios_test_1811_1
• GUITest_common_scenarios_annotations_qualifiers_test_0006

Scenario:

1. Select "File > Access remote database" in the main menu.
2. In the appeared dialog set "Resource ID" to "P16152", set "Database" to "UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot".
   Expected state: the file with the ID is downloaded and opened in UGENE.
   Actual state:

   [17:05:49] 'Download remote documents' task failed: Subtask {Load remote document and add to project} is failed: Cannot find P16152 in UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot database
   

The same issue is present for the following remote databases:

• SWISS-PROT
• UniProtBB/TrEMBL
• ENSEMBL
