      Description

      If there is no Internet connection and one tries to install UGENE using the universal online installer, the following message is shown (see the attached photo also):

      Failure to fetch repositories.

      Change the message to the following one:

      The installer failed to fetch data from the UGENE repositories. Make sure the Internet connection is active.
