"Ensemble Classification Data" breaks messages that are supposed to pass it

"Ensemble Classification Data" produce some messages, but at the same time it should provide messages from previous elements to next elements. Now these messages are not provided.
See the attached workflow. The "Filter by Classification" element will fail, because it can't receive a message from the "Read FASTQ Files with PE Reads" element.

I think, the same situation is with "Assemble Reads with SPAdes" element.
