Executable file for SAMtools is missed on the External Tools tab

      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open the attached workflow "call_variants.uwl" in the WD.
      2. Set up valid input data.
      3. Run the workflow.
      4. On the WD dashboard select "External Tools" tab.
      5. Expand "SAMtools run 1".
        Expected result: Executable file with path and arguments is present under "Run info 0".
        Actual result: There is no executable file for "SAMtools", the arguments are present. Note, that executable file for "BCFtools"/"vcfutils" tools is present.
