Two sequences instead of one are exported if 2 sequences with the same name

      Description

      1. Open "COI.aln".
      2. Rename the second sequence to "Phaneroptera_falcata".
        Current state: There are two sequences with name "Phaneroptera_falcata" (the first and the second one).
      3. Select "Export -> Export selected sequences" in the context menu.
      4. Select only one "Phaneroptera_falcata" sequence and click "Export".
        Expected state: one selected sequence was exported.
        Current state: two sequences with name "Phaneroptera_falcata" were exported: Phaneroptera_falcata.fa and Phaneroptera_falcata_1.fa
