EntrezQueryTask sometimes receive response from server that can't be parsed

EntrezQueryTask is supposed to receive an XML in the server response. But for unknown reasons sometimes (I couldn't reproduce it, but a user complained) server response contains something unparsable. It could be a corrupted XML or even an HTML text.

Since UGENE can't process the response properly, the response should be written to a file in some UGENE folder: .UGENE_files, .UGENE_downloaded or UGENE_Data. An error message should contain a path to the file.
